Geoff is the CEO of Neptune Managed Services. He is the driving force behind the business and brings considerable business acumen and flair gained from more than 20 years’ experience and success within the ICT sector. Geoff has held senior management positions for the past 12 years and is well qualified in business and IT. He is also a director for the Computer for Every Child Program, and is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Brighton and Bayside Business Network.
As Customer Service Operations Manager, Ali has been instrumental in the development of our service desk model. She is responsible for liaising with clients and ensuring our high levels of customer service are being met and exceeded. Ali works closely with management to assist with the continued growth of Neptune Managed Services ensuring all customers are informed of the broad service offerings available to them.
As Neptune’s Technical Services Manager, Faizul is responsible for managing our entire technical engineering team and oversees all customer issue management and resolution. He vets solutions proposed to customers and maintains competency for all products and services.
Faizul has a diverse background in IT ranging from Education to the Casino and Gaming Industry. His core strengths include being able to design, build and maintain an existing IT Infrastructure to optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
As Project Director and head of the Project Management Office, Steve is responsible for the delivery of a wide spectrum of infrastructure-related projects. His goal is to consistently deliver against metrics of scope, cost, resources, and quality. Steve’s area of expertise is Project Management, and Systems Analysis and has previous experience working in Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, where he was responsible for ensuring that all critical finance and HR systems were implemented in a timely manner to support the grand opening in 2010.
