He is the driving force behind the business and brings considerable business acumen and flair gained from more than 20 years’ experience and success within the ICT sector. Geoff has held senior management positions for the past 12 years and is well qualified in business and IT. He is also a director for the Computer for Every Child Program, and is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Brighton and Bayside Business Network.
As Lead Service Delivery Manager, Ali has been instrumental in the development of our service desk model. She is responsible for liaising with clients and ensuring our high levels of customer service are being met and exceeded. Ali works closely with management to assist with the continued growth of Neptune Managed Services ensuring all customers are informed of the broad service offerings available to them.
Jake is the current General Manager of the Service Management Centre with more than 8 years of experience in the IT industry. Jake provides a high level of customer service and has a strong mind for operational improvement & business success. Jake leads both the Engineering & Service Desk Space globally for Australia & Malaysia. Currently managing a team of 50+ employees, the Operational department is key to Neptune's 24by7 support success. Jake is driven by service improvement, customer satisfaction and has a very strong focused team underneath to support him.
Michael is Programme Manager and General Manager (Acting) for Project Management Office at Neptune. In this role, Michael is responsible for all aspects of portfolio/program/project management (P3M), including resource management, project stakeholder management, budgets and communications across all levels of business units. Prior to Neptune, Michael spent the last 12 years managing IT programs in various casino integrated resorts in Macau & Singapore.
